Peechi is a farm land lying in the North End of Thrissur town. The area surrounding the interiors of Peechi dam is thinly inhabited mainly by poor uneducated farmers. Though uneducated, they have tried their level best to give quality education to their children. Way back in 1991, Very Rev. Msgt. George Thottath who was then the parish priest of Latin Church, Thrissur, took decision to build a new church along with a congregation of dedicated sisters to serve the community and the people in Peechi. Accordingly, Rev. Sr. Ermina who was the regional superior visited Peechi. Rev. Sr. Lisette from Thrissur Convent was transferred to Peechi temporarily. About Us
